Super bright rarely seen (in the states) red wine from Rias Baixas, home of Albariño!
A blend of Caiño Blanco, Espadeiro, and Mencía. The grapes were hand-harvested before undergoing separate spontaneous fermentation - kickstarted by native yeasts - in stainless steel. The wine was then aged for 12 months in neutral French oak barrel before bottling. Unfined, unfiltered, with no additional SO2. 10.5% ABV
