Adroit is a very limited-production, naturally-made wine created by Chris Miller of Seabold Cellars and BOLD Wine Co. to experience unique and rare California varieties and vineyard sites through a non-interventionist lens. Trousseau is a red variety originally from the Jura region in France and also grown throughout Spain and Portugal. It was originally brought to California for the production of fortified wines and is now found in the hands of today’s most talented new California winemakers.
