Winemaker: David Landron
Appellation: Loire, France
Grape Varieties: Melon de Bourgogne
David Landron began his domaine in 2017, working 6.5 hectares (16 acres) of land,
growing mainly the Melon de Bourgogne grape (originally from burgundy as the
name suggests, though primarily grown in Muscadet today). This wine is made from
100% Melon de Bourgogne that is pressed directly. Fermentation takes place using
only indigenous yeasts and undergoes malolactic fermentation. Fresh, fruity, and
supple, this wine is a perfect pairing for oysters, white fish cooked simply in butter,
a cheese course, or just on its own as an apéritif.
