Elaboration: Fermentation in contact with the skins for 15 days with indigenous yeast, with temperatures close to 12 degrees, until adequate sugar level, then fractionated with a crown cap to finish fermentation in the bottle and subsequent disgorgement to eliminate thick lees.

Tasting Notes: Brilliant ruby in sight, its nose shows us strawberries, very delicate red fruits. Aim to look for freshness and moderate bubble. On the palate it is refreshing and linear, easy to drink, always inviting a next drink.
