Grape Varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc
The grapes are sorted twice: once in the vines, and once again when returning to the cellar. The vilification takes place in truncated oak vats after the grapes are crushed by foot. The wine was then aged for 4.5 years in large oak casks before bottling. 2015 was a warm year in the southwest of France, and the power that we find in this blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc reflects it. Ludovic and Magali create their wines to go with meals, and this wine should be saved for a good one!
