The second vintage of our textural Riesling beauty from Kick On Ranch. Destemmed and open-top fermented for seven days with daily punchdowns, and pressed to neutral French oak for 8 months. Like biting into a fuzzy peak-summer peach.
Unfined and unfiltered. No cold stabilization; natural sediment will form upon extended refrigeration.
