This wine is a real UNICORN. Only 12 bottles came to the states. We lucky to have it at all.
Here is what little info is available: Harvested by hand, 14 days whole-bunch skin contact then pressed. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged 7 months on the lees - 60% used oak, 40% stainless steel. Unfined, unfiltered, zero sulphur addition.
