Khikhvi one of the most ancient endemic varieties of white grapes. The wine was fermented and aged in Qvevri for 6 months. Khikhvi is characterized by sweet flavors. The bouquet is distinguished by aromas of ripe melon, honeycomb, almonds, roasted nutmeg, candied orange, well-pronounced aroma of eucalyptus honey. Balanced structure of the body of the wine, harmoniously merges with a soft aftertaste, quince jam.

Tchotiashvili – a winery founded by Kakha Tchotiashvili, produces Georgian wines of the highest quality, made in Qvevri using traditional centuries-old technology. The wines produced in Qvevri are characterized by high tannin content. Founder Kakha Tchotiashvili – craftsman-winemaker, who created his manufacture in the region of Kakheti in Eastern Georgia. For wine production, he uses Georgian grape varieties and makes them in accordance with local traditions, without any additives or chemicals in the vineyards and in winemaking. All wines are fermented with wild yeast and bottled without a filter. Kakha is a perfectionist, and he pays special attention to vines and wines at all stages of viticulture and winemaking. This allows it to produce precise and clean flavors. Production is limited, and the winemaker personally inspects each bottle before it is numbered and released to wine connoisseurs.
