In the glass, the wine has a nice golden color, rather matt and quite fluid with fine bubbles.

Nose: rather aromatic, simple and pleasant, with white fruits such as pear or golden apple.

Palate: The effervescence is very pleasant on the palate with fine bubbles that are not very invasive and do not mask the wine. The chenin material is smooth and round, a sign of a beautiful maturity and primary aromas of white fruits. The whole gives a pleasant and well-balanced sparkling wine with a rather good length.
